Modern technology aids the smooth journey of the beer from the tank to your glass. The first technology is a dual-circuit cooling system. In the first circuit, ice-cold water cools the wort. In the second circuit, glycol circulates to cool the beer tanks. This allows us to maintain the desired temperature consistently throughout the system.
Since some technical equipment is located underground, the beer must overcome a 15-meter elevation during its journey. Recycled nitrogen, filtered directly from the air by the brewery, helps with this process.
